Athletic Venues

Basketball Courts:

Highland Woods Beach Park - 1 court

Belle Isle Drive near the Alpine Haus - 1 court

Baseball Field:

Located at the corner of W. Royal Road and Tenth Street

Cross Country Skiing:

All three golf courses are open for cross country skiing. A groomed

trail on the Royal South begins at the Mayfair tennis court parking lot.

Hiking Trails:

While no trails have been developed at this time, there is great potential with extensive park areas throughout the development.

Currently, the roads provide extensive opportunity to hike or walk within Canadian Lakes.

Horseshoe Pits:

Four are located at the Pines Park near the outdoor pool. Bring your own horseshoes.

Ice Skating Rink:

An outdoor rink is located on Belle Isle Drive between the Alpine
Haus and the Highland Haus. It is maintained by volunteers and available
when weather permits.

Shuffleboard Courts:

Five courts located between the Alpine Haus and the Highland Haus on
Belle Isle Drive. Bring your own equipment.
