EASTER SUNDAY HOURS 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
The Fitness Center is located at the indoor pool in the Royal Clubhouse on
Seven Mile Road. A single daily admission allows use of the fitness center,
both the outdoor and indoor pools, along with indoor pool facilities: dry
sauna, hot tub, and locker rooms with showers. The fitness center is
available to those 16 years and older. Those 13-15 years old may use the
equipment when supervised by a responsible adult. Those 12 and younger are
not allowed on the equipment.

Saturday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Adults $3.00
Admission allows use of both the pools and fitness center for one full day.

Cardiac: 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical and 2 aerodyne bikes, and a stair stepper
Resistance: lateral pull down, rowing machine, chest press, leg extension/curl, leg press

Exercise Balls: 2 sizes
Exercise Mat and Weight Scale
Staff can explain how to use each machine, but they can not advise on any exercise or workout routine.
